Atmosphere and quality of food is really good here. Very busy and rather small. There is a large selection of hot... beverages. Cold beverages are limited. The food is options are mostly baked goods like cakes/brownies/muffins (some vegan, some not) these are quite tasty. I like the regular coffee here, there are many more fancy coffees for those who like that. For savory food options there is a small selection of croque/grilled cheese and sandwiches with different toppings like smoked salmon. I haven't tried them, but sandwiches are pricy.The staff is quite... Belgian, which is to say, smiling must be illegal here. Doesn't seem like a fun place to work. The staff seem to be under quite a bit of pressure.All in all, good place to bring a date, enjoy a news paper or just drink hot chocolate.read more

Very good coffee and sortiment, however the service make it not enjoyable. We came 30 minutes before closing and we... were told that they will give us paper cups because they are lazy to wash it. The lady wasnât really nice. Very bad impression.read more

Trendy place for chocolate, coffee and pastry lovers in the centre of Leuven.Staff is polite but not overly friendly.... Service sometimes a bit slow. But the drinks are very nice.read more

The coffee is great, but the hot chocolate is not my thing. It's just milk with a piece of chocolate that's supposed to... melt after a while and become chocolate milk. I chose pure chocolate and it was not sweet at allđą. If you like hot chocolate that isn't sweet you might love it though.read more

Depending on the day. Either itâs the best cappuccino youâll have or the absolute worst one. Not all the staff are well... trained to operate the coffee machine. Cakes are refrigerated without proper covering so they are usually dried out. The hot chocolate is good though. I would recommend the Zwartehond a few hundred meters away for a high level of consistency.read more

ordered a hot chocolate spoon drink, barista prepared it with two other drinks in one big jug, burnt the milk and... wasn't enjoyable. It's a shame because I've had nice drinks here before. so all in all, ended up with a burnt tongue and minus 4 euros in my bank account.read more
